The elephant trunk wire take-up machine is commonly used for winding and coiling low-carbon steel wire, copper wire, and other wires with lower tensile strength drawn by wire drawing machines. 

The machine is particularly suited for use with the straight line wire drawing machine, pulley type wire drawing machine, and water tank wire drawing machine, allowing the entire drawing and coiling process to be carried out continuously, making nail production more convenient.

Features of Elephant Trunk Type Take-Up Machine: 

1. The take-up machine uses the 300-type take-up reel. The surface of the reel is treated with tungsten carbide spray welding, which has excellent corrosion resistance and reduces the friction between the wire and the reel, extending the service life of the reel.

2. The elephant trunk type wire take-up machine adopts a C-type belt transmission with no noise, high transmission efficiency, strong overload capacity, and easy maintenance.

3. The wire take-up machine adopts brake braking and motor braking. It can be braked synchronously with the main wire drawing machine or started and stopped independently.

4. The machine adopts a tension system to synchronize the take-up speed automatically and is linked to the LZ560 CNC straight line wire drawing machine touch screen human-machine interface, enabling one-button start and stop for easy operation.
