1: What is your gurantee?
A: Main frame for 1 year, the capstan 2 years. But,our machine's quality is very good, and using long life.
2. What is your company normal payment terms?
A: Usually we accept T/T 50% in advance and balance 50% before shipment, we accept negotatite.
3.What are your company normal export terms?
A: We normal export with CFR, CIF and FOB trade terms.
4.How many days it will take you to produce mass production for us?
A: Normally it takes about 35-40 days, it also depends on the order quantity and production seasons.
5. Are your engineers can go abroad to install machine?
