The elephant trunk take-up machine adopts a rotating disc to take up the wire. All parts on the disc are processed by high-speed dynamic balance after assembly, so that high-speed rotation will not shake.

The diameter of the reel is according to the needs of users, and it is equipped with a two-way straightener. The straightening roller material is CR12Mov. The service life is more than ten times longer than that of ordinary bearings. 

 

The maximum single reel weight is 2000kg. It has the function of non-stop winding.
