Product Description

Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine:

Wire drawing machine is used for drawing of  low carbon steel wire, medium carbon steel wire and high carbon steel wire. According to different wire rod material, application and wire diameter, which use different type of wire drawing machine.

The equipment is driven by AC frequency conversion motor and hard tooth surface gear, PLC digital control, touch screen man-machine operation interface, energy saving and high efficiency.

Capstan : ZG45# steel coating with tungsten carbide HRC60. The water cooling system can cool the capstan, spindles and bearings.There are operation buttons in front of each capstan. 

Drive Mode: Gear box, the main advantage is save nergy.

Brake: Material Ductile iron. Pneumatic Disc Brakes will be provided for immediate stoppage of the machines and avoid turning in the opposite direction
 

Product Parameters

Wire drawing die box and rotating die box
The first mechanical wire drawing mold box adopts a water-cooled mold box and uses a double mold to make it easier for the wire surface to adhere wire drawing powder, which can improve the drawing effect.

Wire drawing drum.
The wire drawing drum has undergone surface treatment with sprayed tungsten carbide, with a drum diameter of 560 mm.

Tension device.
The tension of the wire between the two wire drawing drums is automatically adjusted by the pneumatic tension arm.
 

Motor:
The machine is equipped with AC frequency converter motor. All motors are made of famous Chinese brands, the power is 22kw/unit.

Gear Box.
The machinery adopts hard tooth surface gearbox, which has good transmission effect and long service life.
