Wet type wire drawing machine is compact structure, small occupation,in the small water tank to complete the multi-pass drawing.Includes gear, reel, water box, electrical control system, tension control system,water cooling circulatory system and the like.
Cone/stepped pulley:
Tungsten carbide sintered on the cones,life time can reach 5 years.
Transmission:
Strong two-stage narrow V-belt combination special gear box
Tension control:
Multi Pulley Dancer Unit having non-contact type sensor in between wire drawing machine & spooler takeup machine will be provided for smooth transfer for wire to the spooler.
Protective cover:
Protective cover will be provide on the back of machine to protect motor,and cover on the top of the tank,avoid water splash.
