Product Description

Straight Line Wire Drawing Machine
The equipment is driven by AC frequency conversion motor and hard tooth surface gear,Siemens PLC digital control ,touch screen man-machine operation interface,energy saving and high efficiency.
Capstan: ZG45# steel coating with tungsten carbide HRC60. The water cooling system can cool the capstan,spindles and bearings.There are operation buttons in front of each capstan.
Drive mode: gear box.
Brake: Material Ductile iron.Pneumatic Disc Brakes will be provided for immediate stoppage of the machines and avoid turning in the opposite direction.
Die box:Welding part is adopted for the die box. The guide roller is in front of die box and coated with tungsten carbide. The die box is divided into lubrication cavity and cooling cavity. Ball valve adjusts water feeding flow. The position of die box can be adjusted to adapt the position of wire for drawing. The dancer arm wheel is in the entry of die box to adjust the drawing speed of every drawing block. It is driven by pneumatic cylinder. Tension roller is made of special steel alloy and heat treated to have long working life. The wire tension is detected by the TE sensor(none touch type) dynamically and feedback signal to the motor driver.
Construction:It is the foundation of the whole drawing machine units. It is welded by buttress plate, bent steel, section steel. All materials are designed safety enough to enhance the rigidity.The machine is divided into different modules according to the drum combination and clubbed  together to make it transportable and one unit after assembly at customer site and will be supplied  with all pipe lines ready to fit.All controls like block control station, foot switches,pressure regulators  etc. will be mounted on the block.
