Binding Wire Drawing Machine Production Line

Straight line wire drawing machine is used for drawing of low carbon steel wire, medium carbon steel wire and high carbon steel wire. With high stable performance, convenient operation and maintenance.  It is the most advanced technology, with characteristics of PLC control, touch screen, frequency inverter control, spraying tungsten carbide drum, water cooling system, gearbox reduction and high drawing speed.
Machine main parameter:
The equipment is driven by AC frequency conversion motor and hard tooth surface gear, Siemens PLC digital control, touch screen interface, energy saving and high efficiency.
Reel/capstan: cast steel ZG45, surface sprayed with tungsten carbide HRC60, inside is slit water cooling. There are operation buttons in front of each roll.
Drive mode: gear box
Brake: The material is ductile iron. Features pneumatic disc brakes that bring the machine to an immediate stop

Frame:
It is the foundation of the whole drawing machine units. It is welded by buttress plate, bent steel, section steel. All materials are designed safety enough to enhance the rigidity. 

Drive: 
The equipment is draiven by the AC frequency motor and hard tooth surface gear.

 

Capstan: ZG45# steel, The drum of drawing machine adopts narrow slot water cooling, which has good cooling effect. The drum is sprayed with tungsten carbide coating to prolong the service life.

Inverter: The machine is equipped with frequency converter, and the energy-saving effect is very obvious. It is very convenient to adjust the speed. The frequency converter also has many protection functions, such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload protection and so on.

Rotary die box.
The whole set of machinery uses a rotating die box, which can make it easier for the wire drawing powder to adhere to the surface of the wire rod. Improve the quality of wire rod finished products.

Control buttons

Each drum has an independent operation button, allowing operators to control the machinery easily

Motor: The variable frequency motor has independent fan design. The machinery is also equipped with an air cooling system, which can help the drum cool down better.
