Equip with the water cooling system 

Welding part is adopted for die box, it is composed of two parts: powder box and water cooling.

A. Powder box: The die box is for putting the drawing powder,lubricate the wire and reduce the wear of the dies and wire.
Option: Normal die box and Rotating die box,mixing the drawing powder and make it more easy attachment on the 
wire surface.

B. Water cooling: The wire drawing die in the die box is forcibly cooled by immersion circulating water cooling method to ensure that the wire drawing die works under normal temperature, thereby improving the service life of the wire drawing die and ensuring

All guide wheel material is Cr12MoV, the best material, with high hardness, wear-resistant, It is better than tungsten carbide material.
