Product Description

The elephant trunk take-up machine adopts a rotating disc to take up the wire. All parts on the disc are processed by high-speed dynamic balance after assembly, so that high-speed rotation will not shake.

The frame mechanism adopts a solid welded box form. The whole production process is carried out strictly according to the G-level standard of the cold plate structure.
The machine equipped with a two-way straightener. The straightening roller material is Cr12Mov material, the service life is more than ten times longer than that of ordinary bearings. 

 

The maximum single reel weight is 1000kg. It has the function of non-stop winding.
