Machine description:

The trunk type take up machine is suitable for take-up after wire drawing. It can be wound up without sopping the machine, improving the winding efficiency of continuous drawing without stopping, and reducing wire consumption.

The Trunk Type Take Up Machine is equipped with a trunk-type structure, providing a stable and reliable platform for the wire or cable winding process.

Frame:
It is the foundation of coiler. It is welded by steel plate and required bent steel plate. 
Horizontal capstan:
The capstan is composed of inner and outer capstan.  Φ600m material is ZG45 cast steel
