 Control System adopts AC frequency-variation speed adjusting drive and Siemens PLC system, and takes the most popular PROFIBUS type in the world, which not only operates stably and precisely , but also greatly improve the transit speed. Color screen man-machine interface system can monitor equipment running status . All technics parameters of system can be input from contact screen with high precision.
 

The equipment is driven by AC frequency conversion motor and hard tooth surface gear, Siemens PLC digital control, touch screen man-machine operation interface, energy saving and high efficiency.
Capstan : ZG45# steel coating with tungsten carbide HRC60. The water cooling system can cool 

Die box:

•  Welding part is adopted for die box, the spraying-painted tungsten carbide is adopted for the surface of guide wheel and guide roller. 
•  The die box is divided into lub. powder cavity and water cooling cavity (water flowing automatically for cooling)
• Die box is adjusted in universal directions.
