1.Wire pay off equipment

Using H-wheel pay-off, H-wheel pay-off equipment is composed of pay-off frame and H-wheel two parts. The use of H-wheel external dimension is 800×700 mm, single-axis steel wire storage 3 00 ~ 1000 kg, steel wire walking smooth and smooth,winding i-wheel vertical.

-It can with stand 1000kg of I-wheel (the weight of the 350kg I-wheel plus the weight of the wrapped wire)
-A device for guiding the wire to prevent the wire from being messed up before entering the furnace

2.Annealing Equipment

Natural gas heat treatment furnace.

 

12 meters long, 2 meters wide, 10 burners, the temperature can be controlled individually.Equipped with 10-inch touch screen,Fan and high temperature resistant brick, PLC control,high effectivity and stable working.
3.Acid washing tank and water washing tank 

Total length is 12 meters,trough plate thickness 15 mm with cover, air blowing. Including elbows, porcelain eyes, lead plates, copper bars and other accessories, etc.

4.Hot dip galvanized pot

Galvanizing Furnace is an enclosed machine in which the material is heated to a high temperature. The control system of the furnace is for checking the temperature. The life expectancy of this equipment is more than 20 years.

 

While galvanizing process, thermal energy is produced in order to keep molten zinc within the optimal temperature range. Heating can be affected by natural gas, oil, and electrical heating. Galvanizing furnace heat the kettle, which contains zinc for coating. It is available to change, restore or upgrade the kettle. The average life of the kettle is 8-10 years.

 

Galvanizing kettles are fabricated from the special steel material having low carbon and silicon contents.

5.Wire collection equipment

16 or 24 sets Inverted take-up, with motor and Siemens inverter,each speed can be adjusted manually.
