Control System adopts AC frequency-variation speed adjusting drive and Siemens PLC system, and takes the most popular PROFIBUS type in the world, which not only operates stably and precisely , but also greatly improve the transit speed. Color screen man-machine interface system can monitor equipment running status . All technics parameters of system can be input from contact screen with high precision.
Satle proposes two families of dry-drawing machines,particularly suitable for the production of wires of low-carbon steel,high-carbon steel,stainless steel and special alloys,using both technology of reduction by die and reduction by cold-rolling.
The straight line machines are traditional multipass lines with die or cold rolling cassette reduction,with tilted blocks ans speed control by means of sensing rolls.Rotation of capstans is obtained through AC motors,connected by means of belts transmission and gear-boxes.
The servo motor machine instead are of innovative design and differ from the traditional straight line machines mainly because of the use of multi-poles AC motors permanent-magnet synchronous type,connected directly to the capstan shafts,therefore eliminating the use of belt transmissions or gear-boxes.
