Construction:
This machine are composed of several single block in parallel ,This machine is composed by structure members including capstan device, bridge device, die box, pulley device, cooling device, protective cover, and frame. .Additionally this wire drawing machines can be used with bobbin take-up machine or trunk type take-up machine.
Block/Capstan/Drum:
The material of the capstan is ZG45 spray painting tungsten carbide. The surface is Mirror-surface treated and is rigid and wear without damaging the surface of the welding wire. The capstan adopts inner wall slit-type cooling and box direct cooling. which will provide sound effect
Transmission:
Gear box on all the block.
Tension control:
Multi Pulley (Fixed & Swinging type) Dancer Unit having non-contact type sensor in between finishing block & DBC will be provided for smooth transfer for wire to the DBC.
Protective cover:
Made of cold rolled steel(or stainless steel ). There is a window on the plate to observe the drawing process. Before running, you will need to drop the protective cover. If the protective cover opens, the drawing machine will stop automatically.
