Whether producing wire nails, coil nails, D-type nails, U nails, etc., they must undergo high-precision wire drawing before forming to ensure the size consistency and strength of the nails.

The common pulley type wire drawing machine uses wire drawing drums powered by the motor and reducer to pull the thick steel wire through a series of wire drawing dies with progressively smaller apertures. 

As the wire passes through each die, its diameter is gradually reduced while its length increases. This process is typically performed under dry drawing conditions, using wire drawing lubricant powder to reduce friction and protect the drawing dies.
