Machine main parameter:
 

Motor: AC frequency conversion motor, Siemens PLC digital control, energy saving and high efficiency.

Capstan: the material is steel ZG45, the capstan surface is sprayed with tungsten carbide HRC60, inside is slit water cooling. There are operation buttons in front of each roll.

Drive mode: gear box.

Brake: The material is ductile iron. Equipped with pneumatic disc brake, the machine can be stopped immediately to avoid reverse rotation.
