It adopts the hydraulic high pay-off, equipped with two hydraulic arms and single supporting capacity ≤ 2500 kg. Through the exchange of two volumes line to achieve no-parking paying off.

Some other pay off way: 

Spooler pay-off, high pay-off frame, duck-nip pay-off, can pay-off without stop work.

Transportation system

The transmission way of the wire drawing machine is AC frequency conversion motor + linkage narrow V belts+ gearbox with hard gear surface. Special structure type gearbox is adopted to ensure the reliability under high speed running and good shock absorption and heat dissipation effect of gearbox. 

The bearings of gearbox and the oil seals all use the superior quality to ensure the reliability and advantage of gearbox.
